Did not finish book. Stopped at 26%.
I’ve been reading this book since it came out, and I only got 164 pages through and I wish I got the time back from how long it took me to read those.
This book is BORING, like I don’t care that it gets better half way through when I’d rather watch paint dry then read this. And I loved the first book, and flew through it so this was such a big disappointment. I know the first book wasn’t a work of art, the writing wasn’t that good but the vibe and the energy of the book was 10/10.
And Violet was just annoying me I’m not going to lie, not sure if it’s the same through the whole book buther complaining because Xaden is keeping secrets when she can’t keep her shields up so can ruin the whole revolution??? And every interaction between these two were the same and I was just tired of it
