The best self-help book I’ve ever read! Almost no fillers, extremely helpful advice. It seemed to me that the author understood human psychology and biology very well. Based on that, his suggested habit improvements truly resonated with me, and I’m sure they will resonate with others. 

The book did slog a little here and there due to a lot of repetitions, but overall it was a great read. I felt like it had gone to a therapist because it genuinely changed my outlook on life.
