I usually pride myself on being able to figure out the twists in thrillers, but this one completely threw me off. I was hooked the whole way through, and the ending really hit me. The sister dynamic especially resonated with me. To be honest, it’s not a perfect book; there are definitely a few flat moments and plot choices that didn’t quite land. Some of the unpacking wasn't strongly constructed. But even with that, I still found it really gripping. It’s the kind of story you can breeze through quickly, and it leaves you with a bittersweet aftertaste
