I love a morally gray man like our MMC Cash. Cash’s father was shot from behind on the Las Vegas strip and left to die. Cash and his brothers have decided they will avenge his death. So unlike other mafia stories Cash’s father was a good man who loved his wife and sons. He supported them and was present in their lives. So his death has hit them pretty hard. They find a burner phone in their father’s study and believe that Jordyn’s father had something to do with his death. So they decide they will kidnap and torture his son, only to find out this son is a daughter. The attraction between Cash and Jordyn is immediate. I enjoyed this characters because Cash definitely had some interesting kinks and Jordyn wasn’t a meek and malleable woman. I also enjoyed Cash’s brothers and hope each one gets their own book. This story may be triggering for some so read the warnings. I love this story which I felt was fast paced and very spicy. If you love possessive alpha men who are over the top, don’t miss this book.
