World building sucked me in from the get go per usual Samantha Shannon style. Butttttttt tf was this random ass hookup? Honestly threw me off there’s little to no build up in her switch to being in love with Nick to being in love with warden. Honestly last few chapters felt rushed and I’m hoping the sequel redeems.
