CW from author~

Triggers include (but are not limited to): Stalking, death, dubious consent, anal, double penetration, impact play, breath control, mental illness, emotionally and physically abusive romantic relationship (not with Main Male Character), prescription drug use, alcohol and drug abuse, sibling death, parent death, cancer (off screen), PTSD, depression, anxiety, hallucinations, dissociation, traumatic events, suicidal ideation, attempted suicide (off screen), recording of sexual intercourse without consent, depiction of a violent car crash.

I'm adding: casual ableism, cheating mentioned, me not being entirely ok with how prescription drugs for mental illness are talked about towards the end of the story. felt a bit like demonization of it, but not quite. unsure how to phrase how I mean, im sorry!

overall not bad, I'd read from this author again.
