I picked this up on a whim and I'm definitely glad I did. Grace Cavendish is a wonderful, strong little girl who would be an excellent role model for any young lady. Set in Elizabethan times and rife with political intrigue that a kid can understand, this book livens up history in a way that will appeal to all ages.
