I love mysteries and have always been a huge geek for Greek myths, so I was super excited to get an early copy of this one—and it didn’t disappoint. Megan Collins’s writing is a cut above that which you find in most contemporary thrillers, which made this a pleasure to read. The Winter Sister is a can’t-put-down debut about mothers and daughters, sisters and secrets. The myth of Demeter and Persephone thunders in the background of its suspenseful story, adding richness to its mystery. Chilling and beautifully crafted.
