Bone Crier's Moon by Kathryn Purdie

5.0

Highly recommend

This book wasn't quite what I expected, but that just made it all the better. I love that the Bone Criers use the "grace" of animals as opposed to having traditional magic. Its such an interesting twist on a classic fantasy. I love Sabine and Ailesse as examples for strong femal characters, but I also love the turn of character that Bastian experiences. They grow together through the story, and I cant wait to read the sequel and hopefully get more of Sabine's story.
