Students were reading this for ELA and I decided it was time I finally participated! I think what I loved most was being able to converse and see the creativity and understanding from a child’s mind while reading it vs. my adult mind! If ever possible, I encourage you to read this alongside the youth! So creative and so fun!
The book itself was well written! I noticed myself initially having to flip back and forth in order to get the characters and parts in order! But once I had that down, it was a quick read with a bit of “clue” like who dun it (was it colonel mustard with a candlestick in the library?). If you loved that game or similar type, give this book a go!
