Forever in Cape May by Jennifer Probst

not loving a childhood best friends to lovers book always makes me more upset than when it’s any other trope…
for some reason i had a tough time truly connecting to the main characters of this story. it’s a good enough book, with a interesting premise, but it didn’t click for me and i honestly can’t pinpoint why that is.
for a book this short it took me a good while to finish because i wasn’t hooked at all. and it hurts to say this, because i truly wanted to have liked this one.
the guys’ friendship was my favorite part of the book, and obviously bella and gabe’s crumbs
