I listened to the audiobook and honestly got kind of lost in the story. At the end of the book I was so damn confused about who was the patient, who was the teacher, who was the mom and who were the friends. Perhaps it's my ADHD fault, but I didn't enjoyed it. 

Also I didn't liked the ending, it felt kind of forced and like it came out of nowhere.
