I wasn't really blown away by this book. I appreciate that it was abstract, and it did convey the tone of confusion and fear well, but I felt like it didn't really have much of a focus and personally, that didn't appeal to me. I think I also didn't connect to the characters, and that made it less engaging. It was good as an experimental novella, and I liked what it was trying to do, I just don't necessarily believe it executed it in a manner that I enjoyed, or thought was particularly interesting.
