Jesse Itzler, he is the man I want to give the book 5 star rating for. How many millionaires have you seen choose to go through "SEAL like" training just out of interest, out of passion, to test their limits ? The book goes on to show why is physical fitness so important for everybody, no matter if you do a 9-5 job or you are a CEO. Jesse highlighted the fact how did he later inherited those little habits he built during his training with SEAL in his day to day work. His journey shows that fundamentals will always remain the same, no matter what type of task you are performing. Pushing your physical limits will also expand your mental boundaries.
I love that fact that Jesse focuses on building a Life Resume. He highlighted (with examples) the importance of living a 360 degree life and not remain unidirectional.

Talking about SEAL, I had my doubts from the beginning that he could not be an ordinary ex-SEAL candidate. He must really be special. As it turned out to be. Hence, my next one is going to be https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/41721428-can-t-hurt-me to know more about SEAL's journey.

Overall, this book provides a different perspective that you do not have to limit yourself just to work. Being busy as a CEO cannot be an excuse to not pay your dues to your body. Work your ass off to be better version of yourself, every fu**ing day :).
