Viable Threat is OK. I was expecting so much more. But I guess, I have to settle with OK.
The premise certainly interesting, considering we live in pandemic era. Miss Rowe done her research of biochemical weapon. I want more on the romance. Instead I got quick and non graphic romance.
Overall, it is still OK read.
