Though it lags a bit in the middle, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes is a great novel that holds interest throughout its story. Coriolanus is proven to be a fleshed out character and as you read his character becomes clear despite his charm. The story has a great ending that leaves readers with a haunting but perfect impression of Snow as a character.
Graphic: Murder, Violence, and Classism
Moderate: War and Police brutality
Minor: Sexual violence and Cannibalism
