Defending Jacob: Now a major Apple TV series by William Landay, William Landay

Highly recommend this book. In some ways it reminded me of 19 minutes by Jodi Picoult but was not a repeat of it. The writing format was unique and refreshing and very easy to follow but yet still kept you in the dark until the end. A wonderful, "I didn't see that coming" story, that kept me reading when I should have been doing other things.
For a parent, the concept is very interesting and frightening. What would you do if your child was indicted for murder? Would you stand behind him/her no matter what? What if you believed he/she might be guilty?
Scary concept, great book!
