This was such a cute and fun romcom! It was so easy to get immersed in the story and get attached to the characters. It definitely was a wild ride for Piper and Nick - adventure-wise and emotionally!
I will say this book has made me very cautious about getting an electric car in Scotland lmao. But I absolutely love how their mishaps and frustrations with the electric car really provided the story with a unique take to the whole Stuck on a Roadtrip with Your Enemy trope!
I really enjoyed the dual povs of Piper and Nick and seeing their emotional growth throughout the story. I really felt for Piper and all her bad luck and I really loved how caring Nick was throughout the whole roadtrip experience. They were both easy to love characters (and of course so was Rachel! I do wonder if we'll get another book with Rachel and see her love story get a happy ending.)
Piper and Nick's love story was so fun to read about and I loved reading the bits of flashback (especially with the changing the tire scene) because then you could see everything click into place but could also understand where the characters misread everything.
Overall this book was so fun and a cute romcom! I'm glad I now know about Piper and Nick's love story!
