Freida McFadden's books are a guaranteed light thriller read and will surely get you out of a reading slump. While her stories might not be the most thrilling or flawlessly plotted, they are easy to consume. total page turners with unexpected cliffhangers and twists. My only issue with this one, like her other books, was that the ending created some inconsistencies that made the previous events feel a bit unlikely. Despite the plot holes, it's still a win—I finished it in a single day.
