It's really hard for me to find the right words to describe this book. It has a lot more depth than I would expect from a Christmas book. It has very heavy themes and I think the main theme is struggle. Every character struggles with different aspects and things. The main female character has depression and anxiety and the clients she works with also have their own hardships. And now even her job is on the line...
This book has many colourful side characters that are so full of life. They make it a pleasure to read.
