Driven to Distraction: Recognizing and Coping with Attention Deficit Disorder by John J. Ratey, Edward M. Hallowell

4.0

Did I read every chapter? Nope, skipped a few because they weren’t relevant. Did I skip ahead then back? Yep, there were chapter headings that looked more useful then I needed some fundamentals so went back to the beginning. Overall, I learned a lot, I thought about things in my childhood that probably make more sense now and I picked up some strategies that Will hopefully help in the future then passed the book on to one of my kids.
