A cheesy summer beach read (in the best way) with a unique story line. Loved the characters and their careers - they felt different from other characters I’ve read. Admittedly, I thought the stakes of secret keeping in this story were pretty unbelievable but it made for a more suspenseful read. Leaned a bit heavy into the miscommunication trope between Allie and Hudson which is a pet peeve of mine, but I understand it makes the conclusion that much more satisfying.
