When My Name Was Keoko
by Linda Sue Park
Interesting read- tells the story of Korea during Japanese occupation and through ww2. It is told from perspective of a Korean brother and sister. While I felt like I learned something from this book, at times it dragged. I really can't imagine many middle school kids being able to relate enough to the book or that the book, while interesting, would hold their interest.
