C is for Corpse
by Sue Grafton
I think the best part of these books is the last 15-20 pages where she puts the pieces all together and apparently has a show down with the villain.
Bobby and Kinsey's relationship could have been more fleshed out than her feeling protective of him for his survival story.
For "C is for Corpse" the best part of this story was the mini-case wrapped up in the middle of landlord Henry and new-to-town Lila. Solely for the mini-case with Henry does this book get 3 stars since we got to see more of him, and neighborhood staple: Rosie, otherwise a generous 2 stars stars since it won't let me do a 1.5.
