This book me forever to finish since it was over Christmas break (with little guests) and during a Seattle snowpocalypse (in which I still had to get to the office). I probably would have been more emotionally invested if I hadn't been constantly interrupted :)
Ronin was awesome. I know we had a description of him but I tended to forget what he looked like. I think we were told many times about Lara being a red head, so that was easier.
The whole story was great but as they prepared for the war I thought I had an easy way to end it with no damages and they chose a different route. Something along the lines of capturing a bot at a time (or a planned attack to capture a bunch) and take out their power cells carefully so they could be reused at later dates. Then keep them in the underground bunker as you whittle away the Warlords source of power until you could capture him (or kill, I am ok with that) without too many casualties. Oh well.
The ending made me want to weep- this was a love story sweetly told.
