Velocity by Dean Koontz

I read this when I was 16 and fairly new to the world of adult books. In fact, this was the first real 'Crime/thriller' book that I had read.
I absolutely loved it. Enough for me to still remember details from the story nearly 14 years later. The story captivated me, the ethical question of choosing who lives and who dies - is it more morally 'right' to refuse to choose? In which case your choice has inevitably been made regardless? It's a tough one, and one we do not know how we would deal with until we would find ourselves in that tormenting and harrowing position.
Years on I am sad to say I have not yet read another Dean Koontz book. Not for not wanting to, just it hasn't seemed to have happened. I think I may even read this one again just to enjoy it all over again with the more darker and twisted mind of an adult who has now experienced more exposure to dark writing and crime stories.
