I really wish I could rate this higher, but I was extremely distracted by all the editing and grammatical mistakes of the digital version that it took me out of the story a lot. Things like the bond speech in their minds not being italicized, missing puncuation like quotations around character's speech, extra punctuation like dash breaks in words in the middle of sentences, weird paragraph breaks, all just made reading it frustrating.
Outside of that, it was a fun journey through Tartarus, with happy glimpses at Caly and Mendax throughout. While the ending was obvious, it did feel a little rushed.
