Oh. My. God. Okay, so the first third of this book was kind of slow. They're regrouping, and trying to figure out what to do with the Mogs, etc etc.
BUT THEN.
About halfway through the book, it becomes impossible to put down. There was so much action and tension and stuff going on that when you get to the end it's difficult to comprehend what just happened.
This book was so. Good. It was just as good as all of the previous ones, if not better.
So there wasn't much character development or anything (except for that of Ella), but you're so caught up in the action that it doesn't really matter.
Rise of Nine and up until the end of Fall of Five was pretty slow, not that much action, and a lot of planning. This book was the exact opposite.
If you haven't read Revenge of Seven yet, go out and get your hands on this one.
Trust me, it'll be worth your time.
