This was bad. There was zero chemistry between the two leads, and the whole thing was written in this very "fake deep" voice that felt authentic when the

characters were 22, but the book takes place over the course of almost a decade, and it didn't land for them at 28. This felt like the two worst people you know got together and told their life story and tried to make it feel interesting. Manic pixie dream girl stuff, extremely New York focused, just a mess all around.
