I'm a Stranger Here Myself: Notes on Returning to America After 20 Years Away by Bill Bryson
5.0
Bill Bryson always makes me smile. And laugh. He has a wonderful way of looking at completely normal, everyday occurrences and making them hilarious. I love dry, self-deprecating humor, which is what he’s great at. This was an interesting compilation of random thoughts on living in America. Some of the chapters didn’t quite hit for me, but most of them seemed really spot on. Also, the graduation speech at the end of the book…so good! I wish he had spoken at my high school graduation.
