Pandemonium
by Lauren Oliver
The whole book disappointed me. I know dystopian is kind of in lately, thanks to The Hunger Games and Divergent, but both the books were kind of fast-paced and unexpected. This, however, was not.
(Sorry. I couldn't help comparing)
From the beginning, I was kind of expecting that Alex was still alive. But it was kind of like, this is probably what's going to happen, but probably not because if she does that, then everything would be really stupid. But then add in a new love interest and BAM I knew Alex was still alive. Oh, and I knew that someone who helped her along the way was her mother, I mean, they were bound to meet at some point.
I swear, if her best friend (ex now) suddenly shows up not cured OR shows up trying to kill her I am going to cut somebody. Talk about cliche.
