Spoiler alert: Nothing happens in this book. Nothing. I ended up having to force myself through the entire thing. I didn't find myself connecting or empathizing with any of the characters at any point in the story. The entire book felt full of cliches, and I kind of had a problem with the way women were portrayed. I haven't been this disappointed in a book in a long time.
