Imagine being a self-made multimillionaire, providing a comfortable life for both you and your loving husband, monetarily supporting his dreams because you love him oh so much, only to find out that he’s cheating on you…with multiple women.
I knew something about Adira was a bit ‘off’ when I read in the synopsis that she would be teaming up with one mistress to get rid of the other 🤣 Gabriel was awful and it annoyed me that she so desperately wanted to keep him. I saw part of the big twist coming fairly early on in the book, but still felt compelled to see how the story played out leading up to it. I like how the author dropped subtle clues throughout the plot in a way that still makes you question what’s real and what’s not.
