I think I enjoyed some stories more than others, but the ones that dragged the rating down for me makes this harder to recommend. It’s enjoyable when it’s at its best - inventive, contemplative about social strata in a totalitarian future society, etc. I think since this is a short story collection though, the characters don’t have much room to breath, and therefore I did not feel as connected to them.
