Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan
3.0
Well written and I enjoyed the representation of Asian culture in all the day-to-day descriptions. Very nicely put together & refreshing to see an LGBT Asian female protagonist.
I had a few hangups surrounding the plot, but overall the book moved at a good pace and kept the reader engaged. There's plenty in the first book for Ngan to expand on, so I fully expect to see more from her. I'm looking forward to the next to see how she matures into the series. :-)
