The Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan
3.5
How Annabeth doesn't throttle the literal children she is strong-arming across Europe is beyond me. I'm rereading this series after years, and, no surprise, Riordan's writing holds up. I don't hate the switching of perspectives, even though I would in literally any other context. But I love hearing Annabeth's perspective, finally. So I'll take the trade. All the voices are unique and distinct.
Over all, a very long book that I read too fast and immediately went to the next one
