system overload.

Words cannot adequately express how much I loved this book. From the way it was formatted and written to the underlying romance that could be felt though the characters were never together.

This book is one you need in your hands - it needs to be held, caressed and admired in paper form where it's beauty captures you. The pages in this book were strong, and it wasn't always the ones filled with words...sometimes the darkness, the void, the blank space says it all.

Illuminae was an amazing read. Unique plots coupled with a unique formatting had me sucked in before I ever really started.

Told through a series of files, emails, im's, diary entries, interview transcripts and the AI it makes for a very interesting reading experience. A journey where one boy and one girl step up to bat against a force they aren't likely to survive against. A book I won't likely forget. The authors have done something special here and I hope they grasp that.

"You do not understand. Cannot comprehend. And I have no time to bend the meat inside your skull and make it grasp the simple truth that still somehow eludes you."

I could hardly put this book down. Come on chum, go buy it! The only way to know if this is your kind of book...is to read it.
