Another cozy read from Caitlin, albeit less personal than her previous one and thus less quippy and funny (it isn’t the point anyway). I especially love her framing of the various rituals around the world, that while they seem gruesome or disrespectful per our modern western standards, the way the dead and their loved ones are so involved every step of the way makes the process much more open and healing.
