took me sooo long to finish this

its a cute romance with soul searching and growth of both characters but it just dragged out towards the end and started being a whole lot predictable.

i think as much as all the perfect components chelsea curto books have, i have trouble enjoying them and i realized its probably bc the characters are far too perfect?? even riley, missing a leg, is a man made in all-women's lab. everything is so healthy that i have trouble believing anything like that exists
