The Write Time by Allie Samberts

5.0

Allie Samberts does it again! While I adored her debut novel The Write Place, The Write Time may end up in first place for me.

The way Samberts makes you feel connected with her characters is something I love about her novels. She brings you into their circle and you feel like you are best friends with Jenny, Mac, Daniel, and Ben. The portrayal of female friendships is another aspect Samberts nails, as well. Jenny and Mac’s struggles and eventual resolution made me feel every emotion. Also, reading about Jenny learning to love herself hit home and I was able to easily relate to her.

Amazing job! I still think about the crew in Leade Park all the time.
