A brilliant premise but I found it to be terribly executed. Pretty much nothing happens until two thirds of the way into the book, the characters and their motivations are very uncompelling. The relationship between Theo and Julian is completely random, he falls in love with the only woman to speak to him apart from his ex-wife?? Many plot holes and predictable story lines. I hope to enjoy the film more :(
