Sing Them Home by Stephanie Kallos
3.0
I just finished reading Sing Them Home by Stephanie Kallos. This book got off to a very slow start for me. I just felt like not a whole lot was happening. But then, as I got into, I started enjoying being in the characters lives each day. Kallos employed multiple perspectives to tell this story and I think they worked very effectively. While it seems at first to be the story of a mom gone missing and the aftermath on her three children's lives. It's also the story of a mom with a debilitating illness that is going to take her away from her children all too soon anyway. It's the story of small town life. It's the story of learning to be adults. In the end, I really enjoyed this book.
