Kindred's Curse is quickly becoming one of my top reads of 2024. I was entranced by this book from start to finish and cannot believe how much happened.

This is my favorite book of the series, so far. Penn Cole truly takes you on a journey and SO many critical moments happen with the developing plot lines. While some moments were predictable, I was very much surprised by the numerous betrayals and twists and turns.

I went through every emotion while reading this book and it is a LONG book. Typically with long books like this I end up skimming some of the pages, but that wasn't the case and I ate it all up.

The only thing I'll note that was not correctly marketed to me by other readers is that there is literally barely any smut. Not that I need that in a book to be a happy, but this is the slowest slow burn I've ever read so I want to call it out to other readers that you shouldn't go into this series expecting less than 3 explicit scenes.
