Heartless
by Elsie Silver
Heartless (Chestnut Springs Book 2)(Reread)
Rating : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️♾
“Willa Grant is good sh*t, brother. If she’s offering to take care of our boy for the summer, you’d be an idiot to turn her down. I don’t know many people more loyal than her. She’s got a big heart.”
“You rule with an iron fist, Daddy Eaton.” I groan, cheeks pinching up in distaste. “That’s what we call my dad.” A silent puff of air slips from her lips, the bottom one more full than the top. “Daddy Cade it is.”

Tropes:
✨Age Gap
✨Single Dad x. Nanny Romance
✨Grumpy x. Sunshine
✨Forced Proximity
✨Small Town
What can I say... this book was just as great the second time around! In my eyes Elsie SIlver can do no wrong. She's just a small town romance wizard. This book is one of my all-time favorites by Elsie. To me, it's pure perfection. No notes!
Hello, Daddy Cade has entered the chat! He's grumpy, gruff, and a cowboy. What more could we ask for? I love that he is a caretaker and so protective. His people are "his" people, and he will go to the ends of the Earth for them. And whoa boy... is he 🔥😍.
I love Willa and her wild spirit! She was absolutely perfect for Cade. And her relationship with Luke? Adorable. I loved her ability to speak to him so maturely and guide him while still mainting her friendship with him as the nanny.
Willa and Cade together 🔥😍. Love them! Their banter, relationship, and story is 🤌. They are one of my top Elsie couples! There is so much I could say about this book, but in short just read it. You won't regret it.

"Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together. -Marilyn Monroe"
"And I realize in that moment maybe I am heartless after all, because the beautiful girl with the copper hair grinning back at me right now is the one who stole it."
