Wolf by Kristof Smeyers

reflective tense

5.0

Another non-fiction about human-wolf relations, particularly in the western world. Very interesting and also to-the-point; the author doesn't dawdle and goes from topic to topic at a quick, but not too fast, pace. The chapters aren't too long but contain more than enough information. I just wish this book was longer, because at only 200 or so pages it was over pretty soon, sooner than I'd have liked.

I'd also have liked just a bit more focus on the wolf species itself (not just the human-wolf relationship) however since this is primarily a history book (that happens to be about an animal) and not an "animal non-fiction book" I can overlook it.
