This sequel was pure perfection and I enjoyed it even more than the first story. The way Emily weaves her tales through her journal entries is so beautiful and it feels like the story is jumping out at you as you read. Wendell is utter perfection along with their companions Shadow & Orga, I cannot say one negative thing about this book. I am obsessed with the little side character Poe and was so giddy to see him make an appearance yet again. He is simply adorable. 5 stars and you better believe I’ve already preordered book 3.
