It was fast paced and kept me hooked the whole time. I was worried about how the sensitive topics of this book would be handled… and I was right to be worried. Especially at the very end of the book there is a reveal that feels like it was just added to be gross. It doesn’t add anything to the story and it actively takes away from the previous messaging. I really liked this book, and then it dropped from a 4 star book to a 3 star book in the last few paragraphs
