This book is so different from the books I'm used to reading but honestly, I loved it.
Eli wasn't really the kind of character I expected him to be, I thought he was going to be an asshole and he was, I mean kind of, but he also was so soft and nice and caring and a man full of love, and so fucking romantic!
And then there's Addie, she is my favourite. I love that she is so independent and is not afraid to speak up her mind, she's also constantly in a battle with herself because she's struggling with what he wants and what she should do, a battle between her emotions and his brain, I honestly love her.
The story is so beautiful and soft and so full of romance I cried every damn chapter lol like I said it's not what I'm used to reading but I loved it and i can't wait to read for the rest of the royals, especially Aramis, I'm sure his story is gonna break my heart.
