This is one of Patterson's better books in recent years.
He still writes romantic scenes badly, and the Cross children are all mega stars and too good to be true but apart from those this was actually engaging and it could be a decent series.
I have to say I did pick that this was going to happen and was waiting for this series to appear.
I hope though that as it progresses he. does age and not stay the same age forever as other series are prone to do.
