Blood Vines by Erica Spindler

I thought this book was average. I didn't really like the main character of Alex, just found I couldn't warm to her, plus all the coincidences involving her became tiresome after a while. I thought rare parts of the writing were slightly cringeworthy and made me roll my eyes as soon as I'd read it. Also I didn't like that EVERYTHING had to be related back to the fact they were all families built on wine legacies (one had a dog called Pinot.) and I managed to guess the ending fairly early on which is rare for me. However the plot overall was interesting enough to make me keep reading, I liked some of the family dynamics and enjoyed Reed's character.
